Payment Information

PLEASE carefully read the Fee Options section before registering. Once registered, use the information on this page to make payment. If you have not yet registered, please return to the Fees and Registration Process page.
       
Remember that Registration and Payment are separate, but both essential, processes:. Register first and then make payment. We have no way to credit a payment without a registration on file. 
Note: credit card information is collected on a Google Form. Some participants have expressed concerns about the security of submitting credit card numbers this way. While it is possible that electronically submitted data can be hacked, even with the secure form we use, we have never had a single security incident with a credit card.
  
We are quite confident in the security of the system. If you are still concerned about the security of your credit card information when transmitted via a Google Form, you can use PayPal (see link below) or contact Duane at Duane@APSeminars.com to discuss other options of getting your credit card information to AP Seminars.

Please read the following  before proceeding to the How to  Pay section below.

All fees must be paid prior to the start of the institute to complete registration (registration in a class is not guaranteed until fees are paid). 

• Payment can be made by check, credit card, or PayPal,. College Board Scholarship recipients will have their tuition payment made direct to AP Seminars. 

• Beginning June 24, 2022, all new registrations must be paid by credit card or PayPal

• Registrations unpaid as of July 1, 2022 are subject to cancellation at the discretion of AP Seminars. 

We do not accept Purchase Orders

Cancellation Policy. There is a $50.00 cancellation fee for registrations cancelled before June 3 (Week 1) or June 10 (Week 2). There is a  $100 cancellation fee for registrations cancelled on/after June 24 (Week 1) or July 1 (Week 2)..  There are no refunds after July 15 (Week 1) or July 22 (Week2).    Please see FAQs #12 and #14 for more information about cancellations and refunds.

• Check.  Send check, made out to AP Seminars Silicon Valley, along with a copy of the  downloadble  Invoice/Transmittal Form  (click on the "2022 Invoice/Transmittal Form" box below to download).

Credit Card. (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Click on Pay by Credit Card to be directed to the credit card payment form.  This will open in a new tab or window.  Submitting this form does not immediately charge your credit card.  That will be done, and confirmed, after the information is received and processed by AP Seminars.
